Our client is looking for an experienced Part Time Accounts Manager to work closely in this small but well-established business and support them in their monthly accounts production. The business has a prestigious client base and needs an effective accounts function to support their projects and develop the business further.
You will be able to work autonomously, bringing with you at least 3 yrs experience within a small SME business where you can understand the needs of the MD.
Your role as Accounts Manager will involve the following tasks: -
- Monitoring the banking transactions daily
- Process the purchase ledger with timely allocation of invoices
- Provide accurate management of the cashbook
- Produce monthly management accounts with understanding of reports
- Monitor P&L, cashflow and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage inter-company reconciliations
- Monthly VAT returns
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in small company management accounts and the needs of an owner manager, you will be timely and accurate with your cash management and monthly reporting.
