Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and dealing with queries appropriately
  • Supporting diary management and appointment making
  • Process CV’s and prepare formats for consultants
  • Updating CRM system with candidate details and checking for correct documentation in line with GDPR regulations
  • Managing the referencing process for candidates who work for the agency
  • Identifying candidate attraction through the posting of adverts
  • Using social media to attract, approach and engage new candidates
  • Acknowledging candidate applications via either email or phone
  • Initial registration with candidates via the telephone, establishing criteria for individual job search
  • Performing CRM audits and completing internal compliance for workers
  • Filing, Scanning and general office administration 
  • Managing the stationery and office supplies, and the day to day running of the office


Other attributes:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Good background in administration within a sales environment and supporting team members
  • Experience of customer service environment and responding to queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Experience of CRM management
  • Good level of communication skills both written and verbal, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage workload
  • Confident over the phone with client/candidate enquires within a busy recruitment office
