Rachel uses her extensive experience of the accounting and finance industries to advise and guide candidates through a seamless recruitment process from preparing your CV and application, through to understanding how to best perform at interview.
With her clients too she supports business’ on succession planning and future strategy, offering advice on positions, salaries and skill set required to complement the existing team and give longevity for recruitment. She can also support with salary surveys, market appraisals and vital competitor research.
Rachel aims to provide both clients and candidates with a trusted recruitment experience, all the time building lasting relationships to ensure a personal and focused service throughout.
Outside of work she is kept busy with her two sons, enjoying the Lancashire countryside, local pub grub and developing her knowledge of wine!
